From 22nd April until the 3rd week of May 2024, we helped a Brisbane-based hair & beauty salon with their Facebook marketing campaign. Our 2-month campaign has produced nearly 500 leads which ended up fully booking the salon for the whole month of July.

The client is a dance company based in Sydney. The business has been operating for over a decade and is a top name in their industry. In January, they did a rebranding campaign and we helped drive tons of traffic to their newly-built website using fresh ad creatives utilising reels. The results were a huge volume of new and old students attending their rebrand launch, which helped them generate over $40K in revenue in the first month alone through membership signups.

The client is a kids cubby manufacturer based in Brisbane that sells Australia-wide. This was a recently purchased business and they have just built a new website when they engaged our services in July 2023. They wanted a steady volume of leads coming through each month.

To facilitate this, we audited their social media and advised them of investing in marketing assets (ie professional images/videos) that can be used for both organic and paid media marketing. To create a successful campaign, we 1) created a landing page that converts 2) setup a campaign that attracted and nurtured their target audience 3) we utilised the power of lookalike audience based on their past customers as well as interest-based audience segment targeting parents 4) we tested a number of attractive offers to get users to convert 5) we fixed some issues on their website that caused a bad user experience for their website visitors.

We also helped set up their system to automate a lot of manual work that they were doing and helped them speed up their responses to leads. The result of this was the leads were more engaged and they were able to track everything that's happening across their business.

To create this huge influx of leads in this super competitive location, we created a very strong offer that attracted their ideal customers. We also created multiple ad variations and iterated the best performing ads to get the best results. The success of this campaign was partly due to the use of relatable UGC content which included before and after videos and images as well as testimonials from current and past customers.
